Cancellation Policy
Consumers have a fourteen-day right of withdrawal.
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after fourteen days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last good. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Markenkoffer GmbH, Junkers-Ring 4, 85098 Großmehring, Germany, office@markenkoffer.de, Phone: +49 (0) 8456-80807-0) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following contracts:
- Contracts for the supply of goods which are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer. Such as engraved items, personalized items, specially manufactured items.

Voluntary 30-Day Return Policy After Receipt of Goods
In addition to the statutory right of withdrawal for consumers, we grant a voluntary return option of 30 days in total from receipt of goods according to the following terms:
You may return the received goods without giving reasons within 30 days by returning them. The period begins after receipt of the goods by you. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send back the goods in time.
However, a prerequisite for exercising the voluntary return option is that you have only worn/tried on the goods for fitting purposes, as in a retail store, and that you return the goods completely, in their original condition, undamaged and without damage, preferably in the original sales packaging.

Return Consequences
In the case of an effective return, the benefits received by both parties are to be returned and any benefits drawn (e.g. interest) are to be surrendered. If the received benefit as well as benefits (e.g. advantages of use) cannot or can only partially or only in a deteriorated condition be returned or surrendered, the customer must provide compensation to the seller to that extent. Compensation for deterioration of the item and for benefits drawn is only to be provided insofar as the benefits or the deterioration is attributable to handling of the item that goes beyond the examination of the properties and functionality. "Examination of the properties and functionality" means the testing and trying out of the respective goods, as is possible and customary in a retail store. Goods capable of being shipped by parcel are to be returned at the seller's risk. Obligations to reimburse payments must be fulfilled within 14 days. The period begins for the customer with the dispatch of the item, for the seller with its receipt.
Return Shipping Costs
Insofar as delivery within the EU, UK, USA, Canada and Australia is contractually agreed and you make use of the voluntary, contractual right of return, we voluntarily bear the costs of returning the goods from a goods value of 50.00 Euro, provided that the return is made from within the respective delivery country.
You must bear the direct costs of returning goods if the price of the goods to be returned does not exceed 50.00 Euro.
For returns of goods delivered internationally, you must bear the direct costs of return shipping from abroad.
Return Labels
Without prejudice to your statutory rights, we provide you with return labels for your returns within the EU, UK, USA, Canada and Australia. We will send you a link for a return label. You can drop off the return at a parcel shop of the respective provider in your country.
The statutory right of withdrawal applicable to consumers is not affected by compliance with the rules for the additional contractually granted right of return and remains independent thereof. Both the aforementioned right of withdrawal as well as the other statutory warranty rights remain unaffected by the aforementioned provisions of the voluntary, contractually granted right of return.
